The next generation 1 series and 3 series coupe and convertible are getting a new name. News has broken that BMW have decided to rename their 1 series coupe the 2 series and the 3 series coupe the 4 series. I never ever thought BMW were this stupid and I can guarantee you that people will still say "the 3 series coupe" or the likes of. I very highly doubt that this new naming convention will work for them but who knows...
